Robert Walters is partnering with a leading organisation to recruit a customer-oriented Receptionist to support a busy corporate office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a front-facing role and enjoys being at the centre of a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
You will be the first point of contact for visitors and play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office, supporting both employees and senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk reception, including greeting visitors and handling calls
- Coordinate meeting rooms, bookings, and catering requirements
- Handle mail, couriers, and general office coordination
- Maintain office presentation, including meeting rooms, kitchen, and common areas
- Order and manage office supplies
- Liaise with building management for maintenance and facilities requests
- Support on-boarding/off-boarding processes and general administration
- Assist with events, documentation, and ad-hoc office support tasks
About You
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role
- Strong customer service mindset with a professional presentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Positive, proactive, and team-oriented approach
