About the Role

Robert Walters is partnering with a leading organisation to recruit a customer-oriented Receptionist to support a busy corporate office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a front-facing role and enjoys being at the centre of a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

You will be the first point of contact for visitors and play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office, supporting both employees and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk reception, including greeting visitors and handling calls
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, bookings, and catering requirements
  • Handle mail, couriers, and general office coordination
  • Maintain office presentation, including meeting rooms, kitchen, and common areas
  • Order and manage office supplies
  • Liaise with building management for maintenance and facilities requests
  • Support on-boarding/off-boarding processes and general administration
  • Assist with events, documentation, and ad-hoc office support tasks

About You

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role
  • Strong customer service mindset with a professional presentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Positive, proactive, and team-oriented approach
