Executive Assistant
We are seeking a highly dependable and seasoned Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to Senior Executives within a leading organisation in the construction industry. Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, appointments, and schedules for senior executives with precision and efficiency.
- Organise domestic and international travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, creating itineraries, and tracking expenses.
- Handle communications such as emails, calls, and correspondence while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Prepare briefing materials, meeting packs, reports, presentations, and other business documents to support executive decision-making.
- Coordinate high-level meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, tracking action items, and organising stakeholder events or board sessions.
- Act as a key liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders to build effective working relationships across the organisation.
- Support strategic projects by monitoring deadlines, coordinating cross-functional activities, and providing progress updates.
- Maintain accurate records and manage administrative tasks such as processing expenses, invoices, purchase orders, compliance paperwork, and document filing.
- Assist with internal communications on behalf of executives to ensure clarity across teams.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to quickly adapt to new systems is highly valued.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and identify opportunities for process improvement.
