Solution Architect
A leading organisation in Brisbane is seeking a Solution Architect to play a pivotal role in establishing an Enterprise Customer Relationship Management and Case Management Platform built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service. Contract: 12 months Rate: DOE Flex: Hybrid
Roles and Responsibilities
- Support the development of comprehensive solution blueprints that incorporate conceptual and logical views of target architectures for enterprise platforms.
- Design functional specifications, integration strategies, high-level data models, data migration plans, non-functional requirements, and security frameworks for new solutions.
- Develop onboarding frameworks and operating models to enable seamless integration of future solutions onto the platform.
- Engage collaboratively with Microsoft in creating solution blueprints and relevant design artefacts for the enterprise platform.
- Work closely with implementation partners to ensure successful delivery of the platform and initial solutions, maintaining alignment with organisational goals.
- Facilitate clear communication between technology teams, business units, vendors, and external parties to ensure requirements are understood and met.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for security, information management, compliance, and adherence to government standards.
- Ensure all solutions are delivered in line with established solution blueprints, Power Platform standards, and Queensland Government policies.
- Offer ongoing support for reporting approaches and architecture governance throughout project lifecycles.
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders across multiple teams to foster collaboration and shared understanding.
The Ideal Candidate
- Minimum ten years’ experience as a Solution Architect within large-scale enterprise environments is essential for success in this role.
- Broad architectural capability demonstrated by exposure to data analytics strategy, integration patterns, enterprise platforms, and cross-functional teamwork aligning technology solutions with business outcomes.
- Extensive experience designing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM suite is required to meet project needs.
- Proven track record architecting Azure-based solutions that support complex enterprise requirements.
- Deep expertise designing solutions utilising Microsoft Power Platform to augment Dynamics 365 implementations.
- Demonstrated ability in end-to-end solution architecture modernising legacy platforms while enabling new digital capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills allowing you to convey architectural advice clearly to business units for informed ICT decision-making.
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills combined with consulting experience across diverse teams.
- Familiarity with Queensland Government ICT frameworks and compliance requirements ensures adherence to local standards.
- Desirable qualifications include Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate certification; Azure Solutions Architect Expert; Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate; Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.
