Platform Owner - Corporate Applications (HR & Legal)

Join a global organisation as the Technology Platform Lead for key HR, Legal and Corporate systems. You’ll take ownership of platforms like DocuSign as well as HR/Learning applications, working closely with senior stakeholders to improve processes, integrations and user experience. This role suits someone hands‑on, proactive and comfortable driving change in a fast‑moving environment.

Responsibilities:

This is a hands‑on, delivery‑focused role suited to someone who enjoys working in fast‑paced, agile environments where autonomy, initiative and problem‑solving are valued.

Platform Ownership & Operations

  • Lead and manage day‑to‑day operations of key corporate platforms, including DocuSign, HR/Learning and Legal applications.

  • Troubleshoot issues, manage configurations, and ensure platforms are stable, secure and aligned with business needs.

  • Oversee integrations between systems, including improving the LinkedIn Learning ecosystem and enabling appraisal workflows within collaboration tools.

  • Maintain documentation, governance and best‑practice standards across all platforms.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with HR, Legal and Corporate stakeholders to understand requirements, pain points and priorities.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for platform‑related queries, enhancements and operational support.

  • Facilitate workshops, gather requirements and translate business needs into actionable technical solutions.

Continuous Improvement & Delivery

  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance user experience and improve platform performance.

  • Lead small to medium improvement initiatives from scoping through to delivery.

  • Support the evaluation and rollout of new tools, including legal AI platforms.

  • Develop and execute a 30/60/90‑day plan to assess current state, define future state and deliver early wins.

About You:

You will thrive in this role if you are proactive, hands‑on and comfortable working closely with business teams to solve problems and deliver meaningful improvements. You bring a blend of technical understanding and business empathy, with the ability to translate issues into practical solutions.

Essential Experience

  • Experience supporting HR, Legal or corporate governance applications.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build trust quickly.

  • Background in fast‑paced, agile environments where autonomy and initiative are valued.

  • Ability to diagnose operational issues and deliver practical, user‑focused solutions.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience with DocuSign (highly advantageous).

  • Exposure to performance manage/appraisal, GRC or similar enterprise platforms.

  • Familiarity with AI‑driven legal tools.

  • Experience integrating learning or HR systems with collaboration platforms.
