Senior Digital Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex digital and technology projects
• Develop and present business cases, project canvases, and executive reports
• Manage full SDLC including design, build, testing, deployment, and handover
• Drive stakeholder engagement across senior leadership, business teams, and vendors
• Manage scope, risks, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful outcomes
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects within a broader program environment
• Translate business needs into actionable delivery strategies
• Support procurement processes including market research and RFTs

Key Requirements

• 15+ years’ experience delivering digital and technology projects
• Proven experience leading end-to-end digital transformation initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Demonstrated capability in producing high-quality business cases and reporting
• Experience across enterprise applications, CRM, or customer-facing platforms
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Hands-on, delivery-focused approach with strong attention to detail

Desirable Experience

• Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM platforms
• CMS experience (e.g. Sitecore or equivalent)
• Experience in complex or regulated environments
• PRINCE2, PMBOK or equivalent certification
