Senior Business Analyst

This role will suit a BA who thrives in stakeholder-facing environments and can confidently bridge the gap between business users and technical delivery teams. You'll play a key role in understanding business processes, documenting requirements, developing process maps and ensuring business needs are translated into practical CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with business stakeholders to understand current processes, challenges and requirements
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions across multiple business functions
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams
• Develop process maps, workflows and future-state designs
• Work closely with project, technical and solution delivery teams to ensure alignment
• Support solution design, process improvement and implementation activities
• Assist with testing, UAT and change readiness initiatives

About You

• Proven experience as a Functional Business Analyst within technology or transformation projects
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
• Demonstrated ability to act as the interface between business and technical teams
• Experience developing process maps, workflows and business process documentation
• Excellent communication and requirements gathering skills
• Experience working within CRM projects
• Exposure to Salesforce is highly desirable
• Able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced project environment
