What you'll do:

As an ERP 4GL Developer based in Perth, you will be immersed in a hands-on technical role supporting the consolidation of multiple operating businesses into one unified Pronto ERP environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve engaging directly with stakeholders from Finance, Supply Chain, Operations and IT to understand their requirements and deliver tailored customisation's that drive operational excellence. You will design bespoke screens and workflows that streamline processes while developing advanced SQL queries for reporting and data extraction purposes. Supporting business unit migrations will be central to your role as you help consolidate systems efficiently. You will also assist with integration's across key organisational functions such as finance and HR, ensuring smooth transitions during implementation phases. Troubleshooting complex issues will require your dependable problem-solving abilities as you provide ongoing support throughout each stage of the project. Success in this role hinges on your ability to collaborate effectively within a knowledgeable team environment while contributing innovative ideas for continuous improvement.

• Develop, customise and enhance Pronto ERP using 4GL programming languages to meet evolving business requirements.
• Gather detailed business requirements from stakeholders across various departments and translate them into robust technical solutions within the ERP ecosystem.
• Design and build custom screens, workflows and enhancements for the Pronto ERP platform that improve operational efficiency and user experience.
• Develop advanced SQL queries, stored procedures and data extracts to support reporting needs and facilitate seamless data migration activities.
• Support business unit migrations by assisting with system consolidation efforts that unify multiple operating businesses under one ERP environment.
• Develop and maintain reports and forms within the Pronto ecosystem, ensuring accurate information.
• Provide ongoing technical support throughout the transition phases of the project, troubleshooting complex ERP issues as they arise.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for optimisation within the Pronto ERP platform.
