Project Manager - HRIS

This role is ideal for a mid-to-senior Project Manager with strong HR systems experience who can bridge the gap between business and technical teams. While exposure to SAP SuccessFactors is beneficial, broader HRIS implementation and integration experience is the priority.

What you'll do

As Project Manager, you will take ownership of a critical HR integration program while identifying opportunities to improve recruitment, payroll and HR processes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage the end-to-end project plan, governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate the integration of ConnX with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, ensuring Australian business requirements are represented throughout delivery.
• Act as the key liaison between local HR teams, global stakeholders, implementation partners and system vendors.
• Lead data mapping, data quality and data cleansing activities to support successful integration outcomes.
• Review existing recruitment system integrations, assess current challenges and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions covering integrations, security, reporting and support models.
• Oversee testing, defect resolution, cutover planning and implementation readiness activities.
• Support change management initiatives including communications, training and knowledge transfer.
• Protect data integrity, privacy compliance and payroll continuity throughout project delivery.
• Provide clear recommendations, delivery timelines and risk assessments to support executive decision-making.

You'll bring:

• Proven experience delivering HRIS, HR systems or HR technology projects.
• Strong vendor, systems integration and stakeholder management experience.
• Ability to work effectively between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating complex projects involving HR, recruitment and/or payroll systems.
• Knowledge of data mapping, data migration, APIs or systems integrations.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships across local and international teams.
• A hands-on, pragmatic approach and the ability to operate successfully in a lean environment.
• Relevant project management qualifications and/or tertiary education.

Desirable experience includes:

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• ConnX or similar HRIS platforms.
• Recruitment, onboarding or payroll integrations.
• Experience within industrial, manufacturing, mining or other regulated environments.
