Senior Business Analyst

We’re seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a large-scale transformation program focused on complex decommissioning initiatives. This is a business-facing role where you’ll work closely with stakeholders to define requirements, map processes, and drive future-state outcomes. You’ll act as the bridge between business and technology, ensuring clarity, alignment, and successful delivery across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business analysis activities across complex decommissioning initiatives
• Elicit, analyse and document business requirements through workshops, interviews and process walkthroughs
• Develop current and future state process maps, identifying gaps, risks and opportunities
• Facilitate workshops to align business and technology stakeholders
• Assess solution options, impacts and cross-program dependencies
• Act as the conduit between business and technology teams to ensure clarity of requirements
• Support change management activities, including scoping and training inputs
• Maintain high-quality documentation across Confluence, JIRA and Visio
• Contribute to a strong risk-aware approach across the program
• Participate in program governance and key delivery forums
• Provide oversight across BA deliverables to ensure consistency, quality and collaboration

About You:

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in complex environments
• Strong skills in requirements elicitation, process mapping and documentation
• Experience driving business-led discovery and process transformation
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
• Strong facilitation skills with the ability to drive alignment and decisions
• Experience identifying risks, dependencies and business impacts

Nice to Have:

• Experience in large-scale transformation or decommissioning programs
• Background in enterprise or complex organisational environments
