Program Manager

We are seeking a Program Manager to help an organisation with their multi-year portfolio of work, driving strategic initiatives and delivering impactful outcomes. This role involves managing program delivery, stakeholder engagement, vendor relationships, financial oversight, and governance frameworks. The ideal candidate will have advanced program management expertise, Agile experience, and a proven ability to align complex projects with organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver a multi-year portfolio of work aligned with organisational goals.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and delivery partners.
• Manage vendor contracts, negotiations, and performance.
• Monitor progress, risks, issues, dependencies (RAID), and budgets.
• Provide updates through dashboards and reports for informed decision-making.
• Apply Agile methodologies to improve delivery processes.
• Lead change initiatives to adopt new systems and practices.
• Mentor team members to build skills and foster a high-performing culture.

Key Skills & Experience

• Senior-level experience in program/portfolio management within complex environments.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and frameworks.
• Strong vendor management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven ability to manage large budgets and create integrated schedules for large-scale programs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Project/Program Management or related field.
• Certifications in Program Management (e.g., PMP) and Agile (e.g., SAFe).
