Scrum Master

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile practices and facilitate the delivery of value within a software development team. The role involves mentoring teams, implementing Agile methodologies, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimise performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide teams in adopting Agile/Scrum practices and principles.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Collaborate with team managers to prioritise work and deliver business value.
• Support portfolio/program-level planning using Agile methodologies.
• Provide guidance to business stakeholders on Agile practices.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and collaboration.

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in software development, ideally in a DevOps environment.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and influence without direct authority.
• Knowledge of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and techniques (e.g., TDD, CI/CD, Pair Programming).
• Experience managing diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with large-scale Agile transformations is highly regarded.
• Current knowledge of IT trends and best practices in software development.

Qualifications

• Relevant certification in Scrum or Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster).
