Client Services Officer
The Client Services Officer acts as an escalated point of contact for complex client technical enquiries, providing high‑quality service to both internal stakeholders and external customers. The role is responsible for managing a high volume of enquiries, resolving issues, maintaining accurate records, and supporting continuous service improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve client enquiries, acting as the escalation point for complex issues.
- Provide high‑quality administrative and operational support.
- Lead stakeholder communication and coordination.
Key Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in high volume client environments.
- High level of technical proficiency in CRM platforms & ServiceNow.
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
