Senior ServiceNow Admin
Provide technical administration and leadership to customers on products, systems and configuration. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to provide technical support. Monitor, analyse and report on systems performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the day to day operation and technical administration of the ServiceNow platform.
- Ensure the platform services are delivered reliably and in line with agreed governance.
- Operationalise the platform “rulebook” for changes, access quality and compliance.
Key Requirements:
- Australian Citizenship (ability to do clearance)
- Experience within ITSM,ITOM, ITAM and Employee Centre.
- Experience scaling Enterprise Service Management Outcomes.
