We're partnering with a global leader in financial markets technology to find an Trading Systems Support Analyst to support business-critical trading platforms used across the APAC region. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in application, production or IT support who wants to develop their career within electronic trading and financial markets.

What you'll be doing

• Provide first and second-line support for business-critical trading applications.
• Investigate incidents, troubleshoot technical issues and drive problems through to resolution.
• Monitor application health, system logs and trade flows to proactively identify issues.
• Support software releases, upgrades and testing activities.
• Work closely with Product, Development and business stakeholders to improve platform functionality.
• Maintain platform data accuracy and technical documentation.
• Use ServiceNow to manage incidents, requests and problem records.

What we're looking for

• Experience in Application Support, Production Support or Technical Support.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
• Experience using ServiceNow or another ITSM platform.
• Ability to analyse logs and investigate application issues.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• A willingness to learn financial markets and trading platforms.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting trading systems or financial services applications.
• Exposure to front-office or capital markets environments.
• Experience supporting software releases or UAT.
