Senior Delivery Lead

Are you an experienced delivery professional ready to take on a pivotal role in a large-scale transformation? We’re seeking a Senior Delivery Lead to join a high-performing team for an initial 12-month contract, with the opportunity to make a significant impact on a critical operating model transformation.

About the Role:
As the Senior Delivery Lead, you’ll oversee end-to-end delivery across a complex program, ensuring seamless integration of change, communications, training, and business readiness activities. Your leadership will be instrumental in preparing the organisation for key go-live milestones in late 2026 and early 2027.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive delivery across a large-scale operating model transformation.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and delivery plans.
• Embed change management, communications, and adoption activities into program delivery.
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and readiness.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, and outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
