Software Developer - Multiple Roles

Key Responsibilities:

• Application Development: Build and maintain front-end applications using Flutter and back-end systems using C# or Python.
• Platform Integration: Collaborate with teams to integrate independent solutions into a unified platform, automate pipelines, and ensure seamless application integration.
• Engineering Excellence: Apply best practices to define processes, contribute to test automation strategies, and maintain consistency across the stack.
• Generic Forms Application Development: Design and develop scalable forms applications to streamline workflows.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with technical leads, project managers, and stakeholders to provide input on technical feasibility and process improvements.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Essential:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in Flutter for front-end development.
  • Strong knowledge of C# or Python for back-end systems.
  • Experience with automated pipelines for testing, integration, and deployment.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Desirable:

  • Exposure to AI-enabled development tools and practices.
  • Familiarity with workflow-based applications (e.g., forms design).
  • Knowledge of engineering process definitions (e.g., definition of done).
  • Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
