Filming consent and release

I grant permission to Robert Walters Company Limited (“Robert Walters”), its related entities and its agents and employees to use video and audio taken of me for the sole purpose of providing me with recruitment services. I understand by signing of this documents, I will be consenting and bound by the Terms of Use of the third party service provider [accessible via: https://www.sparkhire.com/terms/job-seeker] and Robert Walters shall not be liable for any breach or violations of law by the third party service provider.  

The images and related audio recordings (“recruitment recording”) may only be used by Robert Walters to create a candidate profile video to be shared with the client. Robert Walters will delete the recruitment recording which is under its control at my request.

I hereby agree to release, defend and hold harmless Robert Walters, its related entities and its agents and employees, including any firm publishing and/or distributing the video in whole or in part, from any claim, damages, or liability arising from or related to the use of the video, including but not limited to any alteration or use in composite form, either intentionally or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in taking, processing, reduction, or production of the finished product, its publication, or distribution.

I am 18 years of age or older and have read this release before signing below, fully understanding the contents, meaning, and impact of this release. I understand that I am free to address any specific questions regarding this release by submitting those questions in writing to Robert Walters prior to signing, and I agree that my failure to do so will be interpreted as a free and knowledgeable acceptance of the terms of this release.
