EOI - Accounts Payable Positions

Robert Walters is looking for Expressions of Interests across a number of key transactional finance skillsets. If you have experience across the Accounts Payable function we want to hear from you. Serving clients across Brisbane and the broader Queensland region we are interested in speaking with profiles across all industry backgrounds and experience levels and those who are open to permanent and contract based roles.

What you'll do:

Across the payroll function you are responsible for the end to end business operations supporting the invoicing and payment processing. Your attention to detail will underpin everything you do and strong communications skills are key. Supporting the broader accounts payable team you will be responsible for:

• Supporting process improvements and system developments where required.
• End to end invoice processing and applying different payment runs.
• Assisting and leading month end processes such as GL reconciliations.
• Interacting with external stakeholders to answer any potential queries.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience across high volume accounts payable environments.
• A personable and business first attitude.
• Ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels both internal and external.
• Strong excel skills are highly regarded.
• Experience with a variety of ERP and accounting software's.
• Strong attention to detail.
