About the Role:

As Finance Director, you will oversee financial operations across Australia and New Zealand, reporting directly to the global head office in London. You’ll work closely with stakeholders and executives across both regions, playing a pivotal role in consolidating entities through acquisitions, driving operational excellence, and shaping the financial strategy of this fast-growing group.

• Proven experience in mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and entity consolidation.
• A track record of success working within private equity-backed organisations or similar environments.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across multiple regions.
• Strong analytical capabilities and strategic thinking to drive operational excellence.
