Senior Distribution Director - Wholesale & Adviser Channel

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and deepening relationships across financial advisers, dealer groups, private wealth firms and other intermediary channels
• Driving capital raising initiatives and supporting strategic growth objectives
• Identifying and securing new business opportunities across the wholesale and advised retail market
• Representing a range of high-quality investment solutions to investors and advisers
• Collaborating with senior stakeholders to execute distribution and market expansion strategies
• Acting as a trusted partner to clients and maintaining a strong market presence

To be successful, you will bring:

• Extensive experience within wholesale distribution, intermediary sales, capital raising or business development within funds management, private markets or broader financial services
• A well-established network across financial advisers, dealer groups, private wealth and investment communities
• A proven track record of raising capital and delivering commercial outcomes
• Strong communication, relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
• The ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on in market
• A highly professional, entrepreneurial and growth-oriented mindset
