Senior ETF Associate - ETF Distribution & Product

This is a broad, commercially focused position sitting at the intersection of ETF distribution, product and capital markets. The role will suit someone who already understands the ETF ecosystem but is looking for broader exposure across client engagement, product development and the commercial growth of an ETF platform.

We are interested in speaking with candidates coming from either an ETF distribution or ETF product background.You may currently be working within an asset manager, ETF issuer, platform, broker, market maker or another business operating within the ETF ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive ETF distribution and develop relationships across key client channels
• Identify new business opportunities and support the growth of the ETF offering
• Deliver client presentations, pitches and market insights
• Support the development, launch and ongoing management of ETF products
• Engage with market makers and other participants across the ETF ecosystem
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify commercial opportunities
• Collaborate with investment, product, marketing and distribution teams on key initiatives
