Client Operations Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a global asset manager within a newly created Client Operations team. Working closely with Client Relationship Managers and operational teams across APAC, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to institutional clients while overseeing complex portfolio transition events. This position is ideal for someone with experience in transitions or custody who enjoys managing projects and improving the client experience.

• Manage end-to-end portfolio transition events including new account launches, custodian changes, in-specie transfers and account closures.
• Act as the key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders throughout portfolio events.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and resolve any implementation issues.
• Respond to operational client queries across areas including custody, settlements, regulatory reporting and operational processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with custodians and internal teams to ensure best practice service delivery.
• Support operational due diligence requests and client reviews.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and client outcomes.

About You

• 5+ years' experience in investment operations, portfolio transitions or custody within asset management or financial services.
• Strong understanding of separately managed accounts, portfolio transitions or investment operations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with high attention to detail.
• Confident using Excel and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
