Operations Officer

About the Role: As an Operations Officer, you’ll play a key role in maintaining member accounts and delivering exceptional service. You’ll be responsible for processing transactions, contacting members via phone or written channels, identifying process improvement opportunities, and supporting risk management activities. This is a dynamic position that requires analytical skills, adaptability, and a commitment to excellence.

Key Details:

• Contract Length: 3 months, starting 31 August (with posibility of extension)
• Hourly Rate: $35 per hour + Super
• Location: CBD-based
• Work Arrangement: 1-2 days WFH once settled into the role

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong analytical skills and mathematical aptitude
• Strong adminsitration (or similar) background
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Experience handling high-volume workloads with accuracy
• A customer-focused mindset and professional work ethic
• Ability to prioritise and learn quickly
• Proficiency in using computer systems and tools
