The Role

As a Senior Associate, you'll be involved across the entire investment process, including:

• Screening and evaluating new investment opportunities.
• Conducting commercial, financial and credit due diligence.
• Building and reviewing detailed financial models.
• Preparing investment papers, credit submissions and term sheets.
• Assisting with transaction structuring, negotiation and execution.
• Working alongside legal, risk and investment teams to complete transactions.
• Monitoring portfolio performance and identifying follow-on investment opportunities.
• Supporting strategic projects and investment initiatives across the business.

About You

You'll likely come from a background in:

• Corporate Banking
• Private Credit
• Investment Banking
• Debt Advisory
• Corporate Finance
• Restructuring & Insolvency
• Credit Investments
• Corporate Treasury

You'll also bring:

• 2+ years' relevant experience within financial services.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capability.
• Experience assessing credit and investment opportunities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, transaction-focused environment.
