Business Development Manager - Alternatives

I'm partnering with a growing alternative investment manager looking to appoint a Business Development Manager to support its continued growth.

his is a great opportunity for an ambitious distribution professional with 3–5 years' experience and established relationships across HNW, UHNW investors, family offices and wholesale networks.

The Opportunity

• Develop and grow relationships across HNW, UHNW investors and family offices.

• Drive capital raising and identify new business opportunities.

• Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective investors.

• Work closely with senior leadership to expand the firm's distribution footprint.

About You

• 3–5 years' experience in funds management, investment distribution or business development.

• Existing relationships across HNW, UHNW investors and family offices.

• Exposure to alternative investments or multi-asset strategies.

• Private credit experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

• Commercially driven, proactive and confident developing investor relationships.
