Valuations Manager - Private Markets

Working across a diverse portfolio of private market investments, you'll be responsible for delivering robust valuations, partnering closely with investment professionals and providing the commercial insight that supports major investment decisions. You'll have exposure to private equity, venture capital and other unlisted assets while working with senior stakeholders across the investment life cycle.

What you'll be doing

• Lead valuations across a portfolio of unlisted investments.
• Analyse financial performance, market data and valuation assumptions.
• Prepare valuation papers and present findings to senior stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• Experience in valuations, corporate finance, transaction services or investment advisory.
• Strong understanding of valuing private and unlisted assets. (This is a non negotiable)
• Excellent financial modelling and analytical capability.
• CA, CPA or CFA qualifications are highly regarded.
• Someone who enjoys working closely with investment professionals and wants to broaden their commercial exposure.
