Senior Operational Risk Manager

You will be joining an established bank as a Senior Manager within a dynamic and growing team with a strong focus on development and progression.

About the role:

Responsibilities include:
· Provide strategic oversight and challenge on operational risk across the company's Markets business.
· Partner with business and governance forums to uplift risk culture and maturity.
· Monitor risk data, incidents, and controls to identify issues and ensure proactive management.
· Lead deep dives and drive improvements in risk and control frameworks.
· Support technology risk awareness and contribute to team-wide risk priorities.

About the you:

You have:
· Strong knowledge of Markets operations and risk disciplines (Operational Risk, Audit, or Assurance).
· Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build strong relationships.
· Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
· Organisational awareness and relevant industry networks.
· Alignment with leadership values: curiosity, clarity, empowerment, empathy, and growth mindset.
