- Handle inbound calls, assisting customers with policy changes, renewals, and general inquiries.

- Share feedback to improve processes and participate in regular training sessions to stay ahead.
What You Bring:
- Call Centre Experience Required. Demonstrated experience in a call centre environment, preferably within financial or professional services sectors.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information and build rapport over the phone.
