Customer Care Consultant

As a Customer Care Team Member, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by managing enquiries, problem solving, and building strong relationships with customers. You’ll work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver outstanding service while contributing to the overall success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer orders, queries, feedback, and other issues with professionalism and efficiency.

- Answer incoming sales calls and customer enquiries, taking appropriate action to meet customer needs.

- Participate in campaigns and product training sessions.

- Liaise between sales staff, internal teams, and customers via phone and email.

- Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and share insights with the team.
