12month Fixed Term Contract | Hybrid Working | Super experience required We are partnering with one of Australia's most respected financial services organisations to recruit an experienced Dispute Resolution Officer to join a high-performing complaints and member advocacy team.

The Opportunity
Reporting into an experienced leader, you'll be responsible for managing end-to-end dispute resolution matters, investigating complaints, liaising with external dispute bodies, preparing detailed responses and ensuring positive member outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of complex complaints and disputes
- Conducting detailed investigations and analysis
- Preparing clear, concise and well-reasoned written responses
- Liaising with external dispute resolution schemes and stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate records and case documentation
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the function
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and organisational requirements
About You
To be successful, you'll bring:
- Previous experience in dispute resolution, complaints management or member resolutions
- Superannuation experience required
- Strong investigation and analytical skills
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for achieving fair outcomes
