12month Fixed Term Contract | Hybrid Working | Super experience required We are partnering with one of Australia's most respected financial services organisations to recruit an experienced Dispute Resolution Officer to join a high-performing complaints and member advocacy team.

This is an opportunity to work within a complex and highly regulated environment where you'll manage a diverse portfolio of member disputes, conduct detailed investigations, and play a key role in delivering fair and timely outcomes for customers.

The Opportunity

Reporting into an experienced leader, you'll be responsible for managing end-to-end dispute resolution matters, investigating complaints, liaising with external dispute bodies, preparing detailed responses and ensuring positive member outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of complex complaints and disputes
  • Conducting detailed investigations and analysis
  • Preparing clear, concise and well-reasoned written responses
  • Liaising with external dispute resolution schemes and stakeholders
  • Maintaining accurate records and case documentation
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the function
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and organisational requirements

About You

To be successful, you'll bring:

  • Previous experience in dispute resolution, complaints management or member resolutions
  • Superannuation experience required
  • Strong investigation and analytical skills
  • Exceptional written communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for achieving fair outcomes
