What You'll Be Doing

• Managing a portfolio of complex Life, TPD and Income Protection claims.
• Developing and implementing proactive claims management strategies.
• Assessing medical, vocational and financial information to support sound decision-making.
• Building strong relationships with members and external stakeholders.
• Preparing recommendations and decisions within delegated authority.
• Coaching and supporting less experienced claims professionals.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and member outcomes.

Life Insurance Claims Experience is Essential

This opportunity is specifically targeted towards professionals with demonstrated Life Insurance claims experience.

To be successful, you'll already possess strong technical knowledge across Life, TPD and/or Income Protection claims and have experience managing complex claim assessments and outcomes.

Candidates without direct Life Insurance claims experience are unlikely to progress through the selection process, as this role requires established industry expertise from day one.
