HR/IR Manager

You'll be the HR leader on-site, partnering directly with project leadership to influence workforce strategy, recruitment, culture, stakeholder engagement and organisational performance from day one.

The Opportunity

Reporting into senior business leadership, you will:

• Partner with a high-performing project leadership team to drive workforce outcomes.
• Lead the people strategy for a major greenfield project mobilisation.
• Support workforce planning, organisational design and talent acquisition activity.
• Manage employee relations, workforce engagement and project culture.
• Advise leaders on complex people matters within a fast-moving operational environment.
• Build strong relationships across project, commercial, safety and operational teams.
• Shape the workforce that will ultimately deliver a project valued in excess of $600M.

What We're Looking For

We are specifically seeking individuals who have:

• Senior HR leadership experience within infrastructure, construction, energy, resources or major project environments.
• Experience supporting large-scale workforce mobilisation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management capability with senior operational leaders.
• Commercial acumen and the ability to influence decision-making.
• A practical, solutions-focused approach to HR.
• The confidence to operate autonomously while maintaining strong relationships across the business.

Highly Regarded

• Renewable energy project experience.
• Tier 1 contractor experience.
• FIFO, DIDO or remote workforce exposure.
• Previous experience supporting project leadership teams through mobilisation and growth.
