We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Team Assistant to join a leading global investment firm. This Sydney-based role will support a high-performing, fast-paced team with a wide range of activities, encompassing complex diary management, meeting coordination across different timezones, global travel coordination, expense management and corporate access and events. This is an excellent opportunity to join a globally recognised business and work in close proximity with Senior Executives, and grow and develop your career within financial services.
