The Role: The Marketing Manager is to lead the operational delivery of the marketing function while driving measurable commercial performance. This is a hands-on, commercially focused position spanning paid media, digital acquisition, CRM, marketing automation, website optimisation and product marketing. You will be responsible for developing and delivering integrated campaigns that generate qualified leads, improve conversion and support customer growth. You will also lead and develop a small marketing team, whilst managing external agencies and partners to deliver high-quality creative, media and digital outcomes. This opportunity would suit a commercially minded marketer who combines strong strategic thinking with excellent execution and is passionate about using data, insight and optimisation to improve marketing performance.

This role will give you the opportunity to join a global e-comm giant. It is all about social media strategy and being the brand's representative for powerful social-first content across all channels. You will be working in close partnership with their in-house creators and agency partners to continue pushing their brand out to market.
