Are you a Level 3 Engineer who enjoys solving the problems that others can’t? This is an opportunity to join a growing cloud consulting and managed services provider where you’ll be more than just another escalation point. You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of complex technical issues, work across a broad range of Microsoft and cloud technologies, improve the way services are delivered, and help develop the engineers around you. You’ll work across a diverse client base, from SMBs through to government organisations, meaning no two days will look exactly the same. One day you could be deep-diving into an Azure networking issue; the next, working through an identity or Intune problem, improving an automation process, or helping a Level 2 engineer work through a complex escalation. Most importantly, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape and mature the managed services function, rather than simply operating within an established environment.
