IT Support & Systems Administration jobs

As an ICT Site Support Leader in Sydney, you’ll be at the heart of keeping technology running smoothly across the school community. You’ll take ownership of day-to-day IT operations, managing support requests, resolving technical issues and ensuring staff and students have the tools they need to succeed. You’ll provide hands-on support across a wide range of technologies including desktops, servers, networks, classroom AV systems and mobile devices. From troubleshooting complex issues to preparing devices for major school events, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless technology experience. Working closely with teachers, students, leadership teams, vendors and remote ICT colleagues, you’ll keep stakeholders informed and ensure projects, upgrades and installations are delivered successfully. You’ll also help maintain strong IT processes, documentation and knowledge sharing while mentoring junior team members and promoting a customer-focused support culture. This is a highly visible role where your technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and ability to build strong relationships will directly support teaching and learning outcomes across the college.
