As a Human Resources Business Partner, you’ll work closely with leaders across the Customer & Commercial division, shaping people strategy, coaching leaders and driving initiatives that strengthen culture, engagement and performance.

What you’ll do
As a trusted HR partner, you’ll help leaders turn business priorities into practical people strategies and create an environment where employees can thrive.
- Partner with leaders to develop and deliver the People Plan aligned to business objectives.
- Coach leaders across performance, talent management, succession planning and leadership development.
- Support organisational change initiatives and help embed a culture of continuous improvement.
- Champion employee engagement, wellbeing and inclusion initiatives.
- Provide expert advice across workforce planning, employee relations, industrial relations, recruitment, remuneration and training.
- Support complex employee matters, dispute resolution and risk management.
- Contribute to EBA negotiations and industrial relations initiatives.
- Use HR data and insights to inform people strategies and business decisions.
- Build strong relationships across multiple business areas and levels of leadership.
- Support regional teams and travel to sites as required.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for an experienced HR professional who can confidently partner with leaders, challenge constructively and deliver practical solutions in a fast-moving environment.
You’ll be someone who:
- Has 4+ years’ experience in a generalist HRBP or HR partnering role.
- Holds a qualification in HR, organisational behaviour or a related discipline.
- Has strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Brings broad HR experience across workforce planning, ER/IR, talent, recruitment, remuneration and training.
- Has experience managing complex employee matters and supporting EBA negotiations.
- Can coach and influence leaders through change with empathy and confidence.
- Understands the commercial side of HR and can connect people initiatives to business outcomes.
- Uses strong problem-solving and planning skills to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Is comfortable working with HR data and turning insights into meaningful action.
- Demonstrates collaboration, accountability, customer focus and resourcefulness.
