HR Analyst
What you'll do: As a HR Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Performance and Reward Manager through detailed analysis of large HR data sets. We are looking for a HR professional with experience analysing and intrepreting HR data. * Assist with benchmarking activities and conducting internal market analysis to ensure accurate compensation data * Provide analytical support for promotions, role evaluations, and job design or levelling processes * Maintain HR data integrity across multiple systems while supporting reporting requirements such as headcount, remuneration, and workforce metrics. * Prepare comprehensive HR and remuneration reports, dashboards, and summaries tailored for HR Business Partners and leadership stakeholders * Utilise Workday and Excel extensively to manage large HR data sets efficiently and accurately. * Support cyclical HR activities including performance reviews and remuneration assessments by delivering precise data insights.
What You Bring:
The ideal candidate is a HR professional with analytical skills and experience in managing and interpret HR data sets.
- Experience in coordinating and understanding of HR processes and cyclical activities
- Advanced Excel skills are required for managing large datasets and creating detailed reports
- Workday (preferred) or other HRIS experience
- Exceptional attention to detail ensures strong data accuracy and thorough checking capability across all reporting tasks.
- A degree in HR, Commerce or a related field is preferred
