Senior Recruitment Consultant - Mining & Engineering

We are seeking an experienced recruitment professional to join our mining and engineering team in Robert Walters Perth - a global recruitment leader with local strength.

This is an opportunity to step into a great desk with a recognised recruitment brand, servicing many global, national and local firms across the mining and engineering sector. With established partnerships across Tier 1 mining operators alongside long-standing PSAs with some of Australia's most respected engineering consultancies, you'll have the opportunity to leverage these deep client relationships in addition to building successful commercial opportunities at new clients.

Focusing on the white-collar mining and engineering market across Western Australia, you'll recruit across a broad range of contract and permanent positions, partnering with mining owners, EPCMs, consultancies and major project teams. You'll work alongside a top-performing recruiter in the same market, creating a powerful one-team approach for clients and candidates. Together, supported by the Senior Director, you'll be responsible for growing market share, deepening strategic relationships and driving exceptional commercial outcomes.

This is a genuine opportunity for someone who wants more than just a billing desk. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with leadership over the direction of the business, working closely on the commercial strategy, profitability and P&L performance of the Mining & Engineering practice.
