This is an opportunity to step into an established, high billing desk with an exceptional reputation, warm client relationships and consistent demand across both permanent and contract recruitment.

The opportunity:

You'll join a collaborative team of 15 high performing consultants across three specialist Technology and Transformation divisions, giving you access to market leading expertise, referrals and cross selling opportunities.

Most importantly, you'll inherit a hot Software Engineering desk that has generated over $600,000 in annual billings for each of the past five years.

The desk recruits across permanent and contract Software Engineering roles, allowing you to build a highly valuable contracting portfolio while continuing to deliver lucrative permanent placements. The clients are warm, the relationships are established, and work is regularly called in, meaning you can focus on what you do best: recruiting and billing.

What we're looking for:

-Previous agency recruitment experience recruiting Software Engineering or Software Development professionals.
-Experience working with Australian clients across the digital or technology sector.
-A proven ability to build relationships with both clients and candidates.
-Strong business development skills and a consultative approach.
-The drive to maximise a desk with outstanding earning potential.
