The Role:

As a Recruitment Consultant at Robert Walters, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping businesses find the right people while supporting candidates in achieving their career goals. Whether you're an experienced recruiter or looking to start your journey in recruitment, we provide the tools, training, and support to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
-Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.
-Develop deep market knowledge within your specialised industry sector.
-Provide expert advice to clients on hiring strategies and market trends.
-Achieve individual and team targets while delivering exceptional service.

About You:

-You have at least 2 years' experience in client facing sales or agency recruitment
-You are tertiary qualified (preferable not essential)
-You have strong work ethic, and you want to succeed in a fast-paced & target-driven sales environment
-You have excellent communication skills, a positive & proactive approach, and great resilience

Locations:

We are currently have opportunities for Recruitment Consultants to join us in all of our Australian offices - Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide. These roles are full time permanent and are hybrid (office/WFH).
