As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you will spend your time speaking with white collar professionals, understanding what they want, matching them with great roles, and working closely with clients who trust you to find the right talent. It is fast paced, social and very rewarding when you see the impact of your work.

People who excel in recruitment are driven, competitive, confident speaking with new people, and motivated by hitting goals, and the highest performers tend to love building relationships, learning quickly and pushing themselves to grow. Backgrounds like retail leadership, sales or customer service translate especially well.

What you'll be doing:

-Building a network of top-tier professionals and clients
-Posting job adverts, hunting for candidates and conducting interviews
-Managing client accounts and advising on hiring strategies
-Smashing KPIs in a fast-paced, fun environment

What success looks like:

Within your first year, you'll learn lots about the Business Support, Call Centre and Finance industries in Sydney, build lasting relationships, and place candidates in new roles - all with the backing of a supportive team and a market-leading brand.

Who we’re looking for:

We’re not fussed about recruitment experience. We’re looking for high-potential people with drive, hustle and heart. Ideally, you will be Degree qualified, with great communication skills, fantastic organisation & prioritisation skills, confidence, and the ability to naturally build rapport with anyone. Exposure to sales/KPIs/targets would be advantageous.
