Philip Ware LLB (Hons), LLM, MBA, GAICD - General Counsel, Stanwell Corporation
Philip has been the General Counsel of Stanwell Corporation (Queensland’s largest electricity generator) since January 2001 and manages the full gamut of legal, governance, regulatory, transactional and contentious matters.
Outside of the ACC he sits on the Council of the Queensland Law Society and various of its committees, including the Governance, Finance, Wellbeing and In-house Counsel committees. He is an accredited Probity Adviser.
Bernadette Doyle LLB (Hons), FGIA, GAICD – Manager Legal Counsel, Seqwater
Bernadette has served in diverse capacities as General Counsel/Company Secretary, including positions at both highly regulated industries… Melbourne Water Corporation and at nfps…. the Brotherhood of St Laurence. She is currently the Manager Legal Counsel of Seqwater.
Outside of the ACC Bernadette sits on the Board of an nfp… IDV and is the Chair of their Quality and Risk Committee. She is also a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia
