Legal Counsel - Banking and Finance

You will be joining a leading global investment management firm as a Legal Counsel in Sydney within a growing and dynamic legal team.

About the Role

Responsibilities include:

• Provide legal support on regulatory and commercial matters for financial services businesses in APAC.
• Direct contract negotiations, regulatory disclosures, and external legal engagements
• Handle disputes, client concerns, and litigation matters as required
• Offer legal guidance to diverse business units including marketing, HR, and IT

About You

You have:

• Minimum 3PQE with current practising certificate and relevant legal qualifications
• Banking and finance experience from within a reputable or top-tier law firm
• Mandarin language skills required
