Receptionist
We're partnering with a leading national commercial law firm to recruit a Receptionist for their Adelaide office. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you'll play a key role in creating a professional and welcoming experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. Responsibilities of the Role
- Welcome clients, visitors, and staff, creating a positive and professional first impression.
- Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate room set-ups.
- Arrange catering for meetings, events, and client functions.
- Coordinate couriers, deliveries, and supplier relationships.
- Maintain office stock levels and order supplies as required.
- Assist with meeting and presentation technology set-up.
- Support general office administration, including scanning, printing, and document preparation.
- Liaise with building management and external service providers.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure office processes run efficiently.
- Provide responsive support to internal stakeholders and clients.
What You'll Bring
- Previous experience in a Receptionist, Front Office, or Administration role.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience handling confidential and sensitive information with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A strong customer service focus and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and administrative systems.
