We're partnering with a leading national commercial law firm to recruit a Receptionist for their Adelaide office. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you'll play a key role in creating a professional and welcoming experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. Responsibilities of the Role

  • Welcome clients, visitors, and staff, creating a positive and professional first impression.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate room set-ups.
  • Arrange catering for meetings, events, and client functions.
  • Coordinate couriers, deliveries, and supplier relationships.
  • Maintain office stock levels and order supplies as required.
  • Assist with meeting and presentation technology set-up.
  • Support general office administration, including scanning, printing, and document preparation.
  • Liaise with building management and external service providers.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure office processes run efficiently.
  • Provide responsive support to internal stakeholders and clients.

What You'll Bring

  • Previous experience in a Receptionist, Front Office, or Administration role.
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience handling confidential and sensitive information with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A strong customer service focus and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and administrative systems.
