About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Programmatic Solutions Consultant based in Sydney to play a pivotal role in guiding enterprise customers and strategic partners through their programmatic advertising journey. In this role, you will act as a primary technical point of contact, managing complex programmatic campaigns using leading Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) while driving platform adoption, operational excellence, and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee campaign setup, creative trafficking, real-time delivery monitoring, performance optimisation, and insightful post-campaign reporting.
  
• Provide expert guidance on DSP best practices, platform architecture, bid shading, tracking mechanisms (pixels, tags, cookies), and ad verification protocols.
  
• Own the technical relationship with key partners and agency trading desks, serving as an escalation point for incident management and troubleshooting.
  
• Identify cross-sell, upsell, and optimization opportunities through ongoing consultative touchpoints and data-driven insights.
  
• Collaborate internally with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to advocate for partner needs and streamline execution workflows.
  

Key Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years of digital advertising experience with hands-on involvement in managing programmatic campaigns within leading DSP platforms.
  
• Comprehensive knowledge of programmatic technologies, including RTB, machine learning optimisation, viewability tools, and campaign execution workflows.
  
• Strong background in client- or vendor-facing roles with a proven ability in relationship management, consultation, and negotiation.
  
• Demonstrated experience analyzing data, assessing performance drivers, and turning campaign metrics into actionable insights.
  
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
