They are looking for a eCommerce Programme Specialist to support the adoption of scalable shipping solutions that enhance the seller and customer experience. The opportunity Join a collaborative team focused on improving digital shipping services. Working across Product, Marketing, Operations and Analytics, you'll help deliver programmes, drive adoption, analyse performance and support continuous improvement.

• Support the rollout and adoption of shipping programmes.
• Monitor performance, customer insights and adoption trends.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns and product launches.
• Support testing, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience using data and feedback.

About you

• Experience in programme coordination, ecommerce, logistics or product operations.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel or BI tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

You'll help increase adoption of digital shipping services, improve reporting and contribute to delivering a seamless customer experience.
