Marketing Manager

You will oversee marketing strategy, brand development, communications and creative initiatives. Robert Walters is partnering with an established and growing organisation seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead its marketing and communications function.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver an integrated marketing and communications strategy aligned with business objectives.

• Lead, mentor and support a multidisciplinary marketing team, encouraging collaboration and high performance.

• Oversee brand positioning, corporate communications, public relations and content development.

• Identify opportunities to enhance brand awareness through creative campaigns, partnerships and new marketing initiatives.

• Provide strategic oversight across digital marketing, website content, social media, events and promotional activities.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external specialists to ensure consistent and effective marketing delivery.

• Analyse marketing performance, customer engagement and campaign results to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Manage multiple priorities and provide hands-on support to the team when required.

About You

• Approximately 7+ years' experience in marketing, communications or a related discipline.

• Previous experience leading or managing a marketing team, ideally for at least two years.

• Strong background in marketing strategy, brand management, communications and content.

• Sound understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign management.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills.

• Commercially focused with the ability to translate marketing initiatives into measurable business outcomes.

• A collaborative and supportive leadership style with a willingness to remain hands-on when required.

• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms would be advantageous.

• Relevant tertiary qualifications would be highly regarded.
