Robert Walters is partnering with an innovative Australian medical technology business operating in a highly specialised and regulated industry. With an expanding international presence and exciting commercial growth ahead, our client is seeking a talented Marketing & Design Coordinator to join its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a creative, hands-on marketing professional who enjoys combining graphic design, content development and marketing execution. You will play an important role in developing high-quality customer-facing materials, supporting marketing initiatives and translating complex scientific and technical information into clear, accurate and engaging communications.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, technical specialists and compliance teams, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of projects while contributing to the development of a growing marketing function.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality marketing collateral, presentations, brochures, product guides, infographics and customer-facing materials.

• Work closely with technical and clinical stakeholders to understand complex scientific and product information, translating it into clear, accurate and engaging marketing content.

• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, product launches and communications activities.

• Create professional graphics, digital assets and presentation templates using Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools.

• Develop customer experience materials, sales enablement resources, educational content and product communications.

• Maintain consistent branding, messaging and visual identity across all marketing and customer-facing materials.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and compliance teams to ensure marketing content meets regulatory requirements, brand guidelines and internal approval processes.

• Support industry events, webinars, website content and stakeholder engagement activities.

• Manage multiple projects independently, ensuring high-quality work is delivered within agreed timeframes.

• Monitor marketing activity and engagement to identify opportunities for improvement.

About You

We are looking for a proactive, creative and detail-oriented marketing professional who combines strong graphic design capabilities with excellent communication skills and an understanding of working within a regulated environment.

Ideally, you will bring:

• Demonstrated experience in a marketing, communications or combined marketing and design role.

• Strong hands-on graphic design capability, particularly using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.

• Experience creating professional presentations, brochures, infographics and customer-facing marketing materials.

• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to understand and simplify complex technical, scientific or specialist information for different audiences.

• Experience working within a regulated environment, such as healthcare, medical technology, pharmaceuticals, financial services or another compliance-focused industry, would be highly regarded.

• Strong attention to detail and an understanding of the importance of accuracy, regulatory requirements and formal content approval processes.

• Confidence working independently while collaborating with technical specialists, senior stakeholders and compliance teams.

• Strong organisational skills, a proactive approach and the ability to manage competing priorities.

• A collaborative and adaptable mindset, comfortable working in a growing business where priorities may evolve.

Previous medical technology experience is advantageous but not essential. We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate an ability to learn complex subject matter, communicate it effectively and balance creativity with compliance.
