What you'll do:
As a Contracts Administrator, you'll support the organisation's contracting and procurement activities by providing expert advice, maintaining accurate records, monitoring compliance, and guiding stakeholders through contract administration processes. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll help ensure contracts are managed effectively while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Guide and assist various stakeholders in structured contract administration by applying your technical expertise to drafting correspondence and maintaining accurate contract records.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of all standard contract forms used by the organisation, including their amendment formats, to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Provide advice on contracting policy, planning, procurement strategy, processes, and procedures while reinforcing best practices through clear guidelines.
- Monitor compliance with contract reporting obligations by ensuring the Contracts Management System (CMS) is accurately maintained and up-to-date with contractor and operator records.
- Verify ongoing contract compliance through diligent oversight of documentation and reporting requirements relevant to operators and refund points.
- Manage the end-to-end administration of contracts as required, ensuring all stages are completed efficiently and in line with organisational standards.
- Support procurement panels by documenting decisions thoroughly and maintaining accurate notes that reflect the rationale behind each outcome.
- Maintain master data records related to contracts to ensure information integrity across all systems.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver effective contract management solutions that align with organisational goals.
- Contribute positively to the continuous improvement of contract management processes by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing agreed changes.

- Demonstrated experience in transactional contracting or procurement roles where you have successfully managed end-to-end processes across multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with developing and deploying organisational contract and procurement plans is highly regarded for this position.
- Exposure to category management principles, including the development of category plans, is considered desirable but not essential.
- A proven track record of commercial business acumen that enables you to provide sound advice on contracting matters within a not-for-profit or similar setting.
- Excellent communication skills paired with strong interpersonal abilities allow you to build trust-based relationships across diverse teams.
- A willingness to show leadership when delivering challenging decisions sensitively to non-successful applicants or partners.
- Capacity for delivering contracts and procurement support across varied stakeholder groups while maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Success in achieving results through cross-functional engagement demonstrates your collaborative approach to problem-solving.

- Eligibility for a Blue Card or willingness to obtain one is required for this role due to its community-facing nature.
